A walkthrough will be conducted at your consultation, and your budget, goals, and needs will be discussed. You will be provided with a proposal that includes the final scope of work, final price, and other details.

Then we move into the planning and production phase, ordering your materials, scheduling your project, and preparing for installation day. We’ll keep you informed at every step, and you will be given the cell phone numbers of your Project Manager and the company owner.

During installation, you’ll see how all of our planning goes into effect. No stone will be left unturned, and every last detail will be inspected. The Lead Installer will perform a final inspection and a walkthrough with you once the installation is complete.

After the job is finished, you’ll receive follow-up communication to ensure everything is going well. Following this call, the Customer Care Representative will drop by your home with a gift basket and your warranty.
